My DT Reveal for More Than Words Challenges- July Mini Challenge "OFF WE GO"

Hello  and welcome to my Scrappy Friends.

Today I am sharing the new Facebook  Mini Challenge at More Than Words.
Click here to be inspired by the Design Teams creation.
We would love you to play along.

This is the challenge

Here's how it works:

The Mini Challenge runs on the last week of each month and is for cards, tags and ATCs only.  (ATCs, or Artist Trading Cards, are small works of heart, about 2.5 by 3.5 inches or 64 x 89 mm). This challenge requires you to use a specific word on your project. We must see the actual word. You have only one week - until the last day of the month - to enter, so be quick!

Entry for the Mini Challenge is only
via our Facebook page under the relevant post.

The winner, as voted by our DT, will receive a $25 USD value prize
from THE DUSTY ATTIC, our fabulous Mini Challenge sponsor!

You can see all our rules under the RULES tab .

Here is a travel tag  I made.

 { OFF WE GO }

Stash busting again...using some OLD products.
The Paris, Eiffel Tower card was given to me by Mary Bennetts quite awhile ago,
it was just perfect for this challenge. Thanks Mary. x

I hope I have inspired you to play along.

Lavender Lane - White With One

Hello to all my Scrappy  Friends!

 Always a favoutite challenge of mine WHITE.....with 1.
I was on this Design Team quite awhile  ago and loved it.
I love creating on White with just a touch of another colour.
This months pretty colour is Lavender Lane

This is  what I made.

{Adore}

We adore this little girl so much.
It was packing week, we were moving house. Sarah was my little helping hand and decided to climb into the cupboard to get the last few things out.

 A close up of the cluster.....using some beautiful 2Crafty Chipboard pieces, flowers and twine

 Adore is a 2Crafty Chipboard word...making adding a title to your page so easy.
I embossed this and splattered some watered down versa colour ink over it.

  2Crafty Chipboard pieces, both embossed and a little flower.

 Showing a close up of the background  details using torn strips of washi tape,  versa colour ink through a stencil with a stiff paint brush, some stamping, some splatters of white mist and purple ink splats from a paint brush.

 Thanks for a great challenge White....with 1.

Thank you for stopping by and for your lovely comments.

My First Kraft Plus Design Team Share - love

 Hello my crafty friends!

I am excited to be here today and share my first layout as a Design Team Member at Kraft Plus

and what and amazing challenge to start with

"roses 3 ways"

 The graphics by Amanda Hall are captivating.

Here is my take on the challenge.

{love}

I am a rose lover and my garden is full of roses, so naturally I  used a rose photo, I also added this beautiful rose chipboard piece from 2 Crafty Chipboard and coloured it with inks, I printed some rose images onto Kraft,  fussy cut them and tucked them into a cluster on the side added a few
floral roses and lastly journaled about roses.
All up I have added roses 5 ways.

I hope I have inspired you to play along.

I wanted to keep my layout  clean and simple.

Sarah and Callum travelled to America and had the most amazing holiday.

When I saw Explore and Arrows I knew that I wanted to scrap about their time
exploring  Time Square in New York City.

Today it snowed all day while Callum and I explored Time Square.
